Refund policy

Because our products are perishable, we cannot accept returns. However, if you experience any problem with your order, please complete a Satisfaction Guarantee form within five days of delivery, and we will determine whether you are eligible for a refund, replacement, or in-store credit.

We are confident that Grand Teton Lamb is the best lamb money can buy. We guarantee that your order will be shipped to the address you provide, will be at a safe temperature at the time of delivery, and will taste to your satisfaction. If there is a problem with your order, complete a Satisfaction Guarantee form within five days of delivery and, where appropriate, we will provide a refund, replacement, or in-store credit. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have provided the correct delivery instructions to us at the time of your order, that you promptly retrieve the package upon delivery and store the product property.
