Shipping policy

It is our business to have Grand Teton Lamb delivered safely and directly to you. We prepare orders weekly, on Mondays,  carefully packing your vacuum sealed lamb cuts in an insulated cooler. The cooler is then filled with a combination of dry ice and ice packs to maintain proper temperature. We place the cooler in a cardboard box, along with a inserts, and seal it with commercial freezer-tape. Prepared this way, your order will stay at a safe temperature for at least five days barring extreme weather conditions.

We can arrange delivery to most commercial and residential addresses in the contiguous United States. We utilize FedEx and UPS for nationwide delivery, and our shipping rates are based on the actual amounts charged by these carriers. We have limited delivery options to maximize likelihood of arrival to you within three days. If it appears that the shipping option you selected will take more than four days for delivery, we may contact you to request an alternative delivery option.

We offer personal delivery to destinations along our wholesale delivery route. If you reside within our delivery area, then a no cost personal delivery option will appear at checkout.

Pickup is available to persons residing in Teton Valley and other limited locations. If you select the pickup option at checkout, we will contact you to arrange a pickup date, time and location. While we have identified our Rendezvous Farm location as a pickup site, not all products are always available at this location, so please wait until we contact you to arrange pickup rather than arriving spontaneously.

As we prepare your order, we will generate a shipping label and email a tracking number to you. If you identify a problem with the shipping instruction or anticipated arrival time indicated on tracking, please contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to reroute or reschedule a delivery that is still with the local carrier. However, once a package is in transit, you will likely need to work directly with the carrier to address any shipping issues. We do not require a signature on delivery.
