This is my first experience with ground lamb so, I'm still on the fence as to whether I prefer it over beef. So far, I've tried it in tacos, which weren't that good. My Shepards pie was good. I have to try it in more recipes to decide.

I don’t eat the ground often, but enjoy it I when do. Racks and chops are my first choice. So glad to have access to fresh, heathyily bred, local lamb to enjoy;-)

Makes Great Kofta
I am not a huge fan of ground lamb, but I recently made Kofta for a mezze night. It was a hit. The lamb was easy to blend with the other ingredients and crisped up nicely
