Tender loin chops (also known as lamb t-bone or porterhouse) make for easy preparation on the grill or in a cast iron skillet. Sourced from forb fed and alfalfa finished American alpine lamb. May require some trimming to prevent flames on the grill. Each chop is approximately 4.5 to 5 oz. Serving suggestion: 2 chops per person.     Arrived still frozen and packed tightly. The chops are a nice size and trimmed nicely. This lamb is more tender and better tasting than what I buy at Costco. 👍
