Lamb Shoulder BBQ

It was delicious, I bbq it slowly for 4 hours with a generous amount of Tex Mex seasoning at 250 degrees, then wrapped tightly in foil and another 4 hours at 250 degrees. It came out so tender and was absolutely delicious !
