It is so very hard to find such a high quality Bone-In Lamb Shoulder. Very pleased with the delivery and the purchase price. I will inject this 4.65lbs of grass fed Lamb with a savory Citrus 🍋 Herb 🌿 marinade and then smoke it with Florida Orange 🍊 wood on my Napoleon Rogue XT 525 grill for a half hour then indirect cook it for two hours at 300 degrees before finally flame grilling 🔥 for 10 minutes at high heat heat. I expect it to be SPECTABULOUS!!!
