    Front Lamb Shanks

    I ordered Lamb Shanks and Lamb Shoulder. I fixed the lamb shanks for a friends birthday. I used an InstaPot for 3 of them.. I seared them in a cast iron pan. Transferred them to the instapot and pressure cooked for 50 minutes. I did a manual release of pressure. They were exceptional. I might try 5 minutes longer next time. I highly recommend Grand Teton Lamb
