The Outdoor Channel has a new episode of Hardcore Carnivore. Jess Pryles and J.C. Siddoway explore the luscious vegetation of the North Pine Creek sheep range near Victor, Idaho. Then, they head back to the ranch to meet Jeff and Cindy (J.C.'s parents) for a delicious meal of lamb spareribs and Greek salad.

J.C. says the sheep eat plants so he doesn't have to. He passes on the salad and fills his plate with spareribs.
